I went out for a flat, tooling around ride. Ran out of water, so when I stopped to get some, I got some Bolt chews too, since I now have to learn my way around the electrolyte game. They did me good.

I don't have data but it sure seems like I have to push harder since I put a Gatorskin tyre on one of my wheels. And I didn't think it would make a noticeable difference.

Snuck in a ride, but light rain most of the time. This was my first time wearing a cycling cap under my helmet in the rain, too - does a heck of a job of keeping rain out of the eyes.
