Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

A friend of mine rides one of those, in that color scheme. He likes it a lot. Personally, I prefer the V4RS, but would happily settle for T's V3.

Well that went really well, all things considering.

I said, Honey, You probably don’t remember out conversation we had yesterday because you are just so tired, but contes called and they do have the dogma in my size. While you got Simon, I am gunna take Amelia with me to go pick it up. Cool?

She gave me the look of death that only an italian woman can give you. I think it takes about 5 years off your life expectancy.

So I quickly come back and say, that was a warm up. What I was actually asking for, much much much better on the ole bank account, is to go to race practice tomorrow at 5. the team is getting together and having a mock race. and…………….

At this point she starts laughing in a very scary manner like, and walks away.

Most importantly I am not dead.

A friend has a C65 in the red and black colors. She likes it but also bought a Dogma F and whenever I see her recently she's on the Dogma. Must be nice.

but looking back at the conversation, I wonder if she was more upset that I said I was going to leave, then she was about the bike.

I can always have them deliver it! I’m going to wake her up and ask her.

My ex-wife was half Italian. I know that laugh. Sleep in a different room with the door locked. Better yet, stay awake.

But some wonder whether the devious tactics of murderesses mask their numbers, helping them to evade capture. They’re often described as “quiet” killers: They typically don’t butcher, nor torture. They prefer poison — in 50 percent of all cases — and smothering to conspicuous knives and guns. They also tend to kill at home or at work, drawing less attention than the random, far-flung sprees common among men. In a 2013 paper analyzing the characteristics of female serial killers, sociologist Amanda Farrell wrote that they kill, on average, over longer stretches of time than their male counterparts.

Sex and Money

Perhaps the starkest contrast between male and female serial killers is motive. Overwhelmingly, men kill for sexual pleasure and control — the most infamous, including Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer and John Wayne Gacy, share this rationale. But it’s incredibly rare for a woman to feel the same compulsion. For them, says Marissa Harrison, an evolutionary psychologist at Penn State Harrisburg, the drive is “definitely money.”
