I'll likely go with these as my next training tire. Though Excel has the two packs of 5000's for an OK price, as well.

I've only used the tubeless versions but, assuming the same relative performance, I'd be looking at Schwalbe Pro Ones and Michelin Power Roads, with a slight preference to the Schwalbe (a little more supple). The new Pirelli P-Zero have also been good, a little less supple but really grippy, but I only have 1k on them and can't speak to robustness or durability.
Oh, I don’t know if something changed with the carcass, but the 32s I put on last night stay bead locked when deflated.

I can't fit 32s, but that's good to know. I've been tempted to pick up some more 28s with the prices at Bike24.

They ran the 137 mile race on Saturday and the 76 mile event on Sunday so you could do both days if you wanted to. I don't know if anyone did both.

Nobody prevents me from doing Wordle. Remember that flood we had 3 months ago? At 8 o'clock, they begin painting. Nothing beats 35 minutes notice on a 3 month circle jerk.

Might be my fastest century to date. Interestingly, I didn’t feel fast.

I've taken quite a liking to the grand sport race by continental. Very similar chacteristics compared to the 5000/4000 . Very nice riding tire. The assometer says the rolling resistance is acceptable. Best part they are half the price of a 5k.

Edit: I'm actually kind of torn on the gearing think. I've found myself gravitating back to 53/39 front. The blue Tarmac may end up 50/36 with a 34-11 justcso I have a dedicated climbing bike. But both of the other 2 will likely be 53/39 and either a 28-11 or 32-11. It just feels more comfortable to me for some reason.

Unless you do a lot of high speed descending that a pretty solid use of gearing. Most of us could use some help climbing, descending takes care of itself.
