61cm C-C Peter White Cycles fixed gear, custom made in 1992 for sale by original owner. Low miles, lightly and carefully used. Designed for fixed gear riding on the road as opposed to track racing. Mix of Reynolds 531, True Temper, and Vitus tubing. Henry James investment cast lugs, bottom bracket, fork crown. Campagnolo pista dropouts. Phil Wood bottom bracket. Mavic 631 SSC cranks (177.5), SSC seat post, SSC front brake and lever, Salsa custom stem, Nitto 176 bars, Brooks leather tape, Selle Anatomica leather saddle, Phil Wood hubs 36/28. Rear hub is double sided. Mavic SSC tubular rims. Chris King headset. Phil Wood 3/32" cog. Rare TA track pedals. Clement Paris Roubaix tubulars with plenty of tread. They are older and should be re-glued, both base tape to tire and tire to rim. One paint blemish on the drive side fork blade, otherwise this is near mint. Never crashed, never even tipped over. A rare bike.

Spoke with seller. Nice guy. He'll take $400 and will drop off at local bike shop for packing and shipping via BikeFlights . It was his Dad's bike. His brother lost wheels. Brooks saddle also MIA. Was tempted, but I have one my size .
So it goes.

Its bigger than a 21 inch frame. And, the wheels are likely 27" and not 26". But looks to be in decent condition. $100

What size was that Paramount? If it's fault free, you got a great deal.

24 inch, and nice folks. I paid them more than their ask, I'd have had a rough time with my conscience otherwise. It was still a good buy after all was said and done. I'll post a build thread on this one when I get going on that.

Not strictly within the realm of this thread, but I thought it was pretty cool, especially if you're a Cannondale fan.

I've seen a few Colin Laings go that cheap, but usually around $300-$400 for that condition. We got our Colin Laing tandem for $500

5000 miles away from a 1960s 58cm PX10 in blue. If it had been a 1964 I might have flown over for it*.

I stopped, briefly, until I got my head back on straight. Now that I'm back, I'm just here to look. Next June I'm going to attempt to bring one frameset and one complete bike in the same box. I cannot afford any more for the coming year. Makes it a little easier. Of course that will necessitate breaking down the wheels and then rebuilding them at home. I've done it in the past.

Motobecane Grand Touring - $100 (Eden Prairie, MN)
https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/h...697783706.htmlThe frame is original but components have been upgraded to Sun Tour Superbe and Sun Tour Superbe Pro. Includes an extra set of wheels (used for loaded touring). Mechanically it is in excellent condition. Cosmetically it is showing it's age.
Pedal to the medal
Anyone live near Jacksonville who can facilitate a bike for me? I would be very grateful.
