I think I'm gaining weight.

A month ago, I was stable at 146-148. Now I'm at about 150-151.

I'll probably drop when I start riding regularly again. Till then, I want to put on some muscle.

ugh so on fridays i usually go with my coworkers to get pizza.

i planned on not going today but because of things going on i had to get out of the office. so i brought my lunch with me to eat instead of getting anything but after listening to my sob story my coworkers bought me pizza! blah. nice gesture though

so for lunch i had a slice of cheese and a slice of cheese steak pizza and diet sprite.

Since tomorrow is Halloween (chili, pumpkin pie, and all the Almond Joys I can sneak out of the trick or treat bowl), I think I'm going to just fast today.

I'm seriously considering using that $15 prize money I won for some Wendy's. Who's with me?

You're doing it wrong.

I just had a small 1/2 oz piece of fudge and a beer. From Candy Kitchen. Yummy.

Doing what wrong?

The losing weight?

Yeah. I probably ate my weight worth of food when I was home this past weekend haha.

I haven't been eating, and I always go to bed hungry so I'm not sure, so whatever.

I do want to put on some muscle though. I'm never going to be good at hilly road races, so I might as well embrace the crit body and stop looking like a climber.

This sounds perfect right now. I had such a horrific start to my day today, and I really need some comfort food. I won't give you the details on just how horrible (it involves a septic tank), but I haven't been right all day since then, and I just want to wolf out on something irresistable and predictable. I'm thinking Chinese. Not the cheap stuff either. No, I'm going to spend more than $6 on this meal!

I'm going on a long, hard(ish) ride tomorrow, so I can eat my fill tonight. That's OK, right?

lunch: veggie stirfry w/ brown rice

dinner: my sister and her SO took me out for a celebration - we ate at a local Indian place with a really good reputation... and as always, it came through.

AMAZING... and I ate for several.
and then I had a cupcake at a cupcake shop

I'm so stuffed - it was worth it for this once.

Spoiled myself for breakfast.

2 waffles with peanut butter, sliced up bananas, and chocolate syrup.

It was more like dessert than breakfast.
