Haven't stepped on a scale in almost a week. Started eating right again. So I'll see what happens by Saturday.

My family eats the hell out of some Chuy's. No problem on the diet. I was eating there once/week when I lost my 12 lbs last year. You just eat your budget, put the fork down and ask for a box. Chuychanga can't be beat.
Pappasito's fajitas kick some tail too though. Best marinade ever.

Two crab, rice vinegar, serrano peppers, cilantro, red and green bell peppers, and a taste of sugar whisked together and mounded into a ripe papaya half is sitting on plates waiting for my wife to come home. Some Singha beer is chilling in the fridge.
My two boys are getting burgers.

made myself dinner since the dining hall is still closed for Christmas. Tomorrow it's open from 10:30 to 2. I'll have to make sure and get lunch, but I'm on my own for dinner again.
I had WW spaghetti and some nice Mahi-Mahi that was on sale.
Ate all the Mahi-Mahi, but I've got spaghetti left. Looks like I'll have that and PB&J for dinner tomorrow. Oatmeal for breakfast.

My wife wanted a margarita and the only tequila in the house was Don Julio Anejo. So I made 1 part fresh lime juice, 1 part Cointreau, 2 parts Don Julio. OMG is that an awesome margarita. Unfortunately it is a rather pricey one and really doesn't do justice to the tequila.

Lets see..... Today I am pigging out on jack fruit. I also had like 7 fresh giant oysters, steamed squid in lime sauce, some weird sushi roll thing, grilled chicken hearts, grilled squid tails in spicy sauce, some kind of spring roll thingy only smaller and with thicker dough. Some other fruit I don't know the name of. For breakfast I had rice porridge with fish. Oh I also had some kind of coconut custard/pancake thingy, and something green doughy with some thing in side. Well there goes the season. heh
Coconut pancake thingy (not my picture)

Breakfast Tacos this morning.
The scrambled eggs were fried with about a teaspoon of the rendered, highly flavored and bright red pork fat taken off the top of a pot of Adobo Pork I made awhile back. It brings allot of flavor to the eggs and turns them red too.
Served with Monterey Jack cheese melted on soft flour tortillas, pickled Jalapenos peppers, chopped tomatoes and a quarter of a lime to squirt all over them.
I drank about a quart of fresh lime aid.
