Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Just bought a 2016 KHS Elite 300 a few months ago and I'm already thinking of upgrading. It's a fine bike but I have a couple issues with it.

Took me several years to admit this

Took me several years to admit that I need something else than just the retro Peugeot's. So here's celeste Bianchi Via Nirone...

Previous bikes:
Peugeot Super Sport '79
Peugeot Super Sport '80
Peugeot Super Sport '81 (had Swiss BB, otherwise similar to the others)

LeJeune '71

Motobecane Mirage Sport '83
Mercier ? '69 (exact model unknown 'cause the dacals had gone partly, muff frame)
Mercier ? '71 (exact model unknown 'cause the dacals had gone partly, muff frame, probably same as above)

Several Finnish single speeds

Another Bianchi Via Nirone '15. And yes, no lock pedals on this one. There is a reason why, though I have them available for later use. This one came from a female driver and is almost undriven. And it has a very tuff gearing.

My first road bike that I bought last year
2016 Specialized Dolce. Entry level, but a lovely bike to ride. Now it's the winter/wet weather/into town/out with the wife bike.

And my bike, I picked up a few days ago.
Sublime Zoku, full carbon, full 105 groupset, shimano RS10 wheels and vittoria zaffiro tyres (which are being replaced shortly).
Sublime is a company local to me that makes custom build bikes (you can spec everything from colour to groupset, wheels, etc).

Is it just me, or are all of the photobucket URLs returning an error? It says you (poster) need to update your photo sharing credentials

Something must be up between Photobucket and this forum. My pic showed yesterday when I posted. My pics show on another forum I use.

Check out Imgur. Way more streamlined than photobucket.
