Just got a Bianchi Eros. It's nice aside from the fact that when going into 3rd gear the chain slips off alot, and I'm still not liking clips one bit and my right clip is forward too far so i've been pivoting alot of weight on the wrong part of my foot. Hopefully moving the clip back a bit will fix the pain in my heel also.

Now that I'm more or less "done" with my bike, I'll go ahead and post a few pics...
The last pic is before the new bars & stem... Just for fun, I measured the difference between bar & stem height and came out to about 9cm. Not huge, but not exactly even, either. Anyway, the specs:
2004 Fuji TeamSL 56cm frameset with carbon fork
Record Carbon Ergopower levers
Tektro RX-40 brakes
2004 Campy Chorus rear derailleur
2005 Campy Centaur CT compact front derailleur
FSA Gossamer MegaEXO compact crankset (175mm, 34/50)
Campy Centaur cassette (11-23)
Time RXS pedals
3T Biomorphe carbon handlebar (44cm o-o)
GASS Roach 100mm carbon/Alu stem
Fizik Arione saddle
American Classic seatpost
Oddsandendos Speedcific/Niobium30 wheels (20 front / 24 rear)
Michelin Carbon tires
Sigma BC1600 computer
More pics in the link in my sig

you have to invert the stem to make it feel better on your ride.

When tightening the bolts back up, do not fully tighten one bolt then another. Do them each a little at a time until they are all equally tight.

Here is my 2005 Trek Madone SL 5.2 (Project One Andromeda.) One of the perks of going with Project One, besides the better paint job, is that there aren't as many decals, and what is on there is attractive. I think it's a sweet bike.

Bad news, I have a respiratory infection so no riding this weekend. Good news, I picked up my new ride yesterday. She is a damn fine machine and pictures on the net do not do the 928 Carbon Veloce with the Centoventi paint scheme justice.
I did however take her out for a 10min spin this morning and what a ride. Granted I could not breath after but she climbed great and the shifting was very precise and at just under 19lbs it feels like I am riding on air. Here are some pics. I will get better ones once I am able to get out and ride her. I am also waiting for my new pedals to get here.

05 Litespeed Vela
I like it quite well The compact geometry and carbon stays make for a fast, fairly comfy ride. The one change I'm planning on making in the near future is to swap out the FSA compact crank for a 53 tooth setup, probably Ultegra. I almost never use the little ring up front, and spin out on the top end once in a while.

The Litespeed has been on here before, with a black seat! The red bike was my 'good' bike, but it's got the light brackets on and the training wheels in now. Its steel, Columbus Zona tubing, and is great to ride. The stem adapter is ugly but it's cheaper than a new fork.
