Find it interesting that Kenny built frame with a top tube rather than twin laterals. Did he ever do mixtes with twin laterals?

I've been looking at a lot of pictures of Taylor mixtes to get ideas for this one and haven't run across any with the twin laterals. I did come across this very pretty bike, repainted but not built by Taylor, on the London Fixed Gear and Single Speed site:

Thanks very much Brent. Much appreciated.

Interesting frame.

Looks to be constructed with EKLA lugset and crown.

Forgot to mention that on my '84 visit to Fulton Taylor off-the-peg framesets were priced at $850 - just think of what that would be in today's dollars! Did not inquire regarding bespoke. And of course the buyer should not forget their Rann.

Not actually vintage, but surely a classic replica, 2017 Raleigh Carlton TI frame and fork for $500:

Or if you prefer the genuine article, there's one in Renton for $1295

Well thank you very little. I’ve been avoiding the local CL on purpose lately but now I have to look into this!

Only a set of wheels, but wheels with WEYLESS HUBS. Deal fortunately includes the beautiful skewers, it looks like. I had a pair of these hubs NI(the distinctive cylindrical)B with the logoed polishing cloth and gave them to a buddy a couple of years ago. My favorite sewup rim, too.

https://richmond.craigslist.org/bop/...421743432.html

Vintage Rims and Hubs - $100 (N Chesterfield)

condition: excellent
make / manufacturer: Super Champion
model name / number: Arc-en-Ciel
size / dimensions: 700c 36 hole

Super Champion Competition Are-en-Ciel 36 hole, 700c, glue on sew ups rims. With unidentified hubs and skewers. From the 1980's. Excellent condition.

Just picked up a 25" frame '81 Miyata 1000 in burgundy/rose color off my local Facebook marketplace ads this morning... Pics in the ad showed it to be a Miyata, but it was listed as a Raleigh! Too tall for me, so I'll be cleaning it up a bit before posting it for sale... Or if somebody wants it as-is...

Looks like it is still pretty much stock with the stickers still on the bottom bracket. 1st gen Cyclone derailleurs, 40-spoke rear wheel, and the rest of the stuff is as-specced in the catalog, but the factory racks are missing (I asked). A few scratches, but no major damage.

I'll post detailed pics as soon as I can...
