It is the body float and not a thudbuster. I have about 50 miles in so far, some on very rough roads, and so far it is amazing me. Even the worst of bumps are not an issue and normal bumps just disappear.

You'll have to forgive me for being just a little excited about the new addition to the family, and for posting this photo more than once. This bike rides so sweet. I'm not saying my other bikes will become forgotten, but they'll have to get used to sitting in the garage a little more often. The addition is a DeRosa Neo Primato, a classic steel frame, with Chorus 11 spd, and Zonda wheels. IMO the best of new and old.

My body may be getting older but I'm feeling younger at heart every day. More so on days I can ride! Here's my new baby!

Beautiful bike, enjoy it! Actually I'm trying to control my envy; a red Neo Primato with a complete Chorus groupset is one of my two or three dream bikes!

Oh man. This so exceeds any and all expectations I ever had. It just glides. Of course, the tubulars make a huge difference. It may out roll my Cannondale on racing wheels and 23's. Thank you, it blesses my riding socks off.

Bobby, I only have 3 so it's easy to keep them in good tune. It's more of a trouble to keep them clean.

It's a CICLO T-3. Really comfortable ride. Favorite distance bike...

Never!

I like the hills and speed too much. The Super has a Jezebel granny gear of 42/21.

You now have no excuse not to make it to one of the various Eroica events, Ryp. With that nice looking lady in the quiver you need to invest in a pair of old school (Hee-hee) wool shorts and a wool jersey, then some Detto Pietro black leather riding shoes, to top off the ensemble get a riding hat, or a hair net "helmet".

If I can swing one more bike - better build the two unfinished ones first though - I could have one for each day of the week. I think I have reached my limit regarding where to store them unfortunately.

1952 Urago

Late '50's/ early '60's P. Peschi - work in progress

Early '70's Garlatti

1981 Fuji S12S 650B

1984 Raleigh Gran Tour

2013 Rawland Stag

I need one of those cycling caps with Colnago on it. Ugh, wool?

I would love to make one of those gatherings some day.
