My right crank arm has some play in it. Not really visible but I can feel it when I grab the arm and shake it. Left arm seems to be okay. In order to tighten the right arm do I just loosen the pinch bolts on the left arm and then tighten the big bolt? Is there a NM I should adhere to?
Its shimano 105 I believe 7000 but not 100 percent sure.

The right side is a one-piece affair of the spider, crank and spindle - the whole thing should be moving, not just the arm. If it's just the arm, something's broken.
But yes - loosen the pinch bolts and then tighten the big one. It's plastic on many Shimano cranks, which should tell you that it's a very low torque piece. You just want it finger tight - just enough to remove lateral play along the spindle. If you're using something with a lever, go very lightly.

Pedals could have anywhere from 14000 to 30000 miles on them for all I know.
