Not sure, but the Crown Jewel is their top of the range model. I believe they have used a mix of top end tube sets. From what I recall, I believe the main triangle were Reynolds 853, and the stays are Columbus.
but I wonder what is the quality of the tubing

Found these two items on eBay that may be of interest to others in the C&V forum. I have no financial interest in either vendor, but have done business with the first.
Puch pantographed French quill stem (22.0mm), 25.4mm clamp
Apparent Uniglide 6-speed cassette - looks to be 13-27T and complete
Price IMO is decent in both cases. Second listing is from an overseas vendor, but shipping isn't too bad.
