It's good. They were better a few years ago. They've changed their meat supplier or something and the burger and steak isn't quite as good as it was, but they have a huge selection of interesting burgers (like 50). I've only been to the Eagan location once (when they had the grand opening). I've been a regular there since they opened and we had them cater our wedding.

We both got burgers which were okay. I felt they were light in the meat department, but otherwise fine. I could have made better.
We both got mixed drinks (they were out of Fulton Lonely Blonde on tap and the rest of the options were cider, IPA or cheap lager) and they were not great.
We shared an appetizer called a Bird's Nest which was two big rectangles of fried angle hair pasta with overcooked scallions nestled into them topped with a (tasty) pesto sauce. Not very exciting.
We likely won't go back again.

Storm missed Jefferson City, so I went racing.
Cat 4/5: 15th. Was a bit crap to be honest. Should have done better but then again I always say that. Last corner was a tight chicane and I got chopped so had to brake. After that it was not possible to regain enough speed for a good sprint. Should have been closer to the front.
M30+: This one started right after the previous one. Was a small field, maybe 10-12. They went super hard from the whistle and I got dropped pretty much instantly. Worked with two other dropped guys but one of them got dropped after a few laps and the other wasn't going fast enough. Decided to quit once we got lapped.
Commuted on the new bike today. So far so good, although I think it'll take some time to get used to the SRAM shifting. Not sure I ike it yet, but I do like having a brake lever that doesn't move sideways.

The Jersey Shore does rock and in some spots it's beach heaven.

According to this, a charity ride here during race weekend, which was promoted on TV, raised $1,100.

Thanks everyone. He was diagnosed with lymphoma back in December. The chemo decimated his bone marrow to the point it had to be stopped. Very low white cell count and he's FIV+. He's really not eating at all and is starting to show some odd behavior. Last night I found him laying down in his litter box but not actually using it. Then he "fake ate" from his bowl, lapping his tongue but not actually touching the food. He had a few nose bleeds a few weeks ago. There is a thought that the cancer has spread to his brain. No use doing an MRI since even if they found something there is nothing to be done.

The dashboard color appears to be a tribute to the vomit juice used in the Exorcist film that was quite contemporary with that vehicle.
