Here is the Cannondale Six13 I built up a little while back with spare parts from an old bike:
I picked up the frame, fork, seatpost and crankset from CL for $450. The frame was almost flawless with under 1,000 miles of use (supposedly).
Sad thing is, this bike with "spare" parts weighs less than my "good" bike

Here's mine. 2009 CAAD 9-6. Everything upgraded except the group. 3T Ergonova Bars, Stem, and Seat post. Fizik saddle and saddle bag (not pictured), KCNC brakes, skewers, seatpost collar, bar end caps and Presta Valve caps. Kronos top cap extralite (9 grams), Stradalli carbon bottle holders. I'll update pics when I add new group.

Nice. I just put a deposit on a 2010 caad9-4 black like that. Can't wait to pick it up. Curious how you got yours under 16lbs. Mine weights 18.4 (58cm) with pedals only (although slightly heavy 340g ones). Components probably account for some of that. What wheels did you use?

Here is my CAD2 right before I put the Ultegra 6700 full group set on it. Waiting on a bid on E-Bay for the shifters then will put it all on.

How do you like the 3T stem and seat post? I'm thinking about the white and black 3T Doric for my white Caad9. The red and black option would work too since all the C'Dale text is in red. I'm not sure yet. Looks nice on your bike fo sho!

Bike ≠ Car ≠ Ped.
Beaker, a 10-4... hehe...
Plus your avatar pic makes me think of Capt Oveur:
"What's your bike?"
"10-4"
"... 10-4 to you, good buddy, too, but what's your bike?"
"10-4, I said."
"... ... Roger."
"Huh?"
(also kinda "who's on first" )

I guessing with the race wheels and some other parts i need to put on it will be around 15 flat. that's a guess...my BH in a 56 in the same gear was 13.8lbs...i doubt i'll notice the difference.

Should have a picture to post soon enough... Just put a leftover CAAD9-4 on layaway yesterday! Have the wheelsmith at the shop writing me up some quotes. Looking at Velocity Dyad in 36 spoke front and rear. Just have to decide on the hubs...

Was thinking about getting a CAAD10 but decided that my current CAAD8 still has many miles left on it. Just did a major drivetrain upgrade today. Previous setup was Ultegra 6600 shifters/derailleurs and FSA SL-K triple crankset (came with the bike). After several years, I'm convinced that I HATE triple cranksets on road bikes. Now:
New setup: SRAM Red shifters, Force derailleurs, FSA SL-K Light compact crankset, KMC X10 SL chain, 3T Ergonova Pro compact bars. All installed today. Kept the 6600 brake calipers and 10 speed cassettes (on these Spinergys and on a set of Ksyrium SSC SL's). Shifting gears is now enjoyable.

Is your bike on the Cult of CAAD thread?
If not...do it. It's gorgeous. Very nice indeed.

The pedal had cages but I don't remember why they weren't on that day. The bike now has some look pedals and no aero bar. My younger brother is currently in need of a new bike so I'll be selling my beloved Cannondale to him for cheap when my new BMC comes in.
