Fancy warm water one or just basic? They have ones that even have a gentle blow-dry option.

A win over the Cowboys tonight would cap a fun Philadelphia sports weekend.

I might have to give up Sunday rides. Or get out earlier. Traffic even on the tertiary and quaternary roads. And of course everybody's in a hurry.

Comparison of product and packaging with a known legit unit suggest the cheap chains I ordered are real deal Shimano.

Club #2 had one of their "no drop" rides today and I always enjoy them, so I went. Nice group, picked up a few more along the way. After the first couple small climbs 5 of them turned back. Once they left "no drop" was no longer in effect. A few had done a century yesterday so it didn't turn into a race, however. Fun ride on a beautiful day.

I miss riding.
Every time I get on a bike my knee hurts after moderate effort. Doesn't matter which bike.
Maybe I just need to not be so stubborn and actually stop riding for a week or two. But it's peak season to go climbing & MTBing and I'm missing out!

I slept in this morning, then did a ride from our rental in Charlottesville out to the entrance of Skyline Drive/Blue Ridge Parkway.
It took awhile so I turned around and headed back. The route I went on was what RideWithGPS suggested, and it was overall a decent route, with lots of country/back roads, but also some 50MPH busy roads. The traffic volume was not too bad, although getting passed by fast cars is something I am not really used to, since back home I pretty much always ride on back roads.
Tomorrow, we visit Monticello.

I did the same route I did last week on the Ritchey, but this week I was on the Canyon. Based on HR, I was 6 minutes faster over 59 miles with less effort, which seems odd, but I keep finding that with the Canyon - it doesn't necessarily FEEL faster, but it turns out to BE faster. Weird.

I do think it's an overuse injury. Started hurting 65 miles into a pretty hilly 80 mile ride like a month ago. I maybe took a week or so off but it's been aggravating me ever since.
Probably doesn't help that I have to stand all day at work.

sounds over use to me. There’s a bunch of little strengthing routines you can do when you have spare time.
The best one for me was to sit on the floor, legs straight out back against a wall at a 90 degree angle. Lift one heel off the floor with your leg straight out about an inch off the ground, and hold it for 10-20 seconds. Alternate each leg.

When my knee came to that I anointed it with anti inflam gel. And it worked!
