Hi,
I have no idea how to reduce the size of my images to post on this forum. Each time I try, I'm advised it's too big. Can someone please give me some direction how to create a thumbnail image or alternatively post the image directly on the thread?

This is my bike. The frame is a 2004 ORBEA Mitis 2 + Carbon. I purchased the frame earlier this year (2005) here in Japan, and used most of the componants from my old 1996 GIANT CFR1. I love the ride but must admit, the GIANT CFR1 was equally as good. The Spinergy's are left over from my old race days before the UCI banned one piece carbon wheels from mass start races.

This is my latest.
Orbea Zonal steel frame with 320 gram Zeus carbon fork and all the zeus carbon trim - campy record group.
tonight I am changing the saddle the new fizik aroine team saddle and matching bar tape - barloworld colors " blue/silver"
I also have american Classic 420's for fast days - they are all silver - sweet.
