I bought this bike! About a 1.8hr drive from me. The duct tape was holding a block of wood to keep the rear brake cable stiff. Quite an amusing work-around.
The Voyageur is the 25" model, a size I've been looking for for ages. Its currently totally in pieces and its going to be a long-distance touring build with fenders, racks, and lights. 700c conversion.

Nice looking bike, have never heard of that brand before. Might have been a custom bike created by Velo bikes as they were situated in Montreal during the 80's I believe. Where's T-Mar when you need him?

The issue with Velo Sport was that they had to cut corners somewhere so they sold their bikes with steel bars and steel seat posts. The seat post at least has been replaced if the bars have been switched out, then that's tow great improvements here. Also the Mountech RD has been replaced.
I know the used bike market is tanking but this looks like a really inexpensive tourer for someone.
