I have just started using FulGaz, and really like it. I use Zwift and Sufferfest too, but may switch over to it as my default. If you have an Apple TV, it works great.

Actually the reason I'm using the Cervelo is it's the most upright position bike I have. I have the bars a little higher as I generally use this bike for my hilly climbing rides.
