Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

my left leg has started swelling again, which has led to having hot foot really bad on my left foot. I was able to mitigate it on my last outdoor ride using a compression stocking, but it’s frustrating.

Saw a bunch of different doctors and had MRIs performed, no one can tell me why it swells.

Well, non-commuting summer cycling. I still wear Woolie Boolies with my work boots.

It's stable, so rehab/PT. No idea what they'd do with anything displaced.

According to WebMD, it appears that you have cockpit leg. If you were in the left seat often, it would be the right leg.

Might need to see a mouse doctor.

Also, I'd get your will up to date.

I was in the left seat for way longer than I was ever in the right seat. I suspect it has something to do with me having extremely high blood pressure at one point in my life, but again no one can explain why or what or what to do with it.

High sodium foods seem to aggravate it, but I don’t know if that is fact.

As long as I don't have to take your wife or kids.

I've never understood why anyone would want more than one wife.

I used to say that... but I've come around to it. After moving, I'll likely only buy wool.

The trek 5500 is an odd case. Looks small but doesn’t feel small. That could be a 58 as well.

Damn, too big for me.

I'll just have to look for a different benefactor. Anybody ride 56s?

Well it appears my Bombas socks have a little bit of wool in them. Must explain why I rarely wear them running in the summer. Just hanging out? They rock.
