Not the tire exploding but more like the rim getting torn at the seams. People typically experience this failure at the rear wheel due to higher PSI. Most of the time does not result in an accident. But this happening at the front wheel is going to have more dramatic result.

so its been 2.5 weeks since ive gotten my brake pads replaced and the pads adjusted, now they are at the point where the bike is almost unrideable, should I try bringing it back to the shop that replaced my pads? A kid tried to wrench my bike for like 40 minutes before a more experienced guy took over, and they didn't charge me for the adjustment because I had came in for the same problem a month prior. I feel like a jerk for coming in again but like the brakes are super dangerous at this point, I cant emergency stop. Sports basement so its a huge chain
