just got this off ebay...rock lobster alum team bike. rides great! but the saddle does not interface well with my rear-end. it has record hubs with tubular rims, very nice but I'm thinking of swaping them onto one of my road bikes. also working on putting some riv-nuts since the team bikes were not built with waterbottle mounts.

haven't weighed it with tyres, but sans tyres it's 21 lbs - so it should be 25-26 all in.

Campagnolo: Centaur front derailer, Centaur brifters and cableset. Avid: Road Disc brakes. Easton: EA30 seat post. Selle Italia: Fokus saddle. Specialized: bottle cage (16 years old!). Ritchey: pedals. Continental: Twister (non-folding) tyres. Salsa: 46 cm Bell Lap handlebars.
wheelset: custom built at my LBS with Deore disc hubs, Sun CR-18 rims and straight-gague DT Swiss spokes.
other: Cinelli tape, generic seat quick release, Jtek Shiftmate and Kenda tubes.
haven't had a chance for a real ride yet, just tooled around the yard, but this is going to be fun!

2006 Giant TCX Build
This is my new cross ride. Its replaced an aging and heavy Soul Monk.
Its sold as Frame/Fork only, so the build took a little while to assemble.
Frame - TCX (Medium)
Fork - Carbon
Wheelset - Bontrager Race Lite (stolen from my Lemond Victoire)
Tires- cheap Conti Steel bead.
tubes- cheap and black.
Cassette- 12-25 Ultegra
Seat - WTB Titanium (comfy and reasonably lite, will likely be upgraded)
Post- Bontrager Race X Lite (again off of Lemond)
Stem - Bontrager Race xxx lite (from Klein Palomino XXX) 105mm
Bar - Bontrager Race Lite 46cm (had a Salsa Bell Lap 46 flaring to 52...the pure 46 seems narrow by comparison)
Headset - Giant Integrated
Spacers - Bontrager Carbon
Shifter/brakes - 105 black
front D - 105 braze on bottom pull (upgrading to a clamp top pull ultegra or da soon)..the pulley system looks like a nightmare.
Rear - Ultegra long cage (i occassionally run a 12-34 MTB cassette for really hilly races/rides)
Cranks - Profile Design Carbon 175mm 135bcd
Chainrings - Stronglight 39/ Stronglight 51 (will be running single chainring config for races)
Chain - Sram (to be able to take it apart easily...and frequently
Brakes - Shimano BR 550's. Seem fine so far.
Cables- Bontrager cable set, nice stuff. first time i've used it.
Tape - Silva Carbon.
Pedals - Eggbeater Stainless steel
currently it's doing road duty but i'll put michelin Jets on it for cross.

Only one ride so far, carbon fork provides a smoother ride, bike is much more responsive to rider effort than the old Soul was. Decrease in weight is perceptable.

My Felt f1x cyclocross
My first road/? bike. put the Seca slicks on for speed in the city. swapped the horrible, taint-torturing stock saddle for a comfy Specialized BG. the Arkel Tailrider is in the mail.must get the pack off of the back as it gets hotter here in phoenix. now which kind of rack? it has eyelets.
