People are importing those Delica's like crazy here. Once the 21/25 year exemption hit, we're getting all manner of stuff coming through. Skyline's, twin carb CRX's, all kinds of goodies. Thing is, they still have to pass the IM240 emission test applicable to that year vehicle, and that tends to throw them a little curve.

A silver two-person car camper! Machka and I looked at each other, sort of nodded, went on a test run, did a lot of discussion, measured and found the bikes would fit, maybe even sideways (these Kia GCs are BIG on the inside)... car came complete with roof pod, awning attached to the roof racks, and a module in the back for cooking, plus table, chairs, bedding, toilet paper...

Around here you don't. Pepe is the expert though.

Yeah! With these three events coming up, two of them require checkpoints (possibly even the third depending on number of entries), and we will be able to set up and be comfortable in rain or sun (strong wind might be problematic). A couple of tables with water and bananas and cookies, and the riders should be happy along with us.

Update on Doglet:
1. According to her medical record, she is 11 not 13 as I posted. Wow I just found two more dog years.
2. Bloodwork pretty good for an old lady dog
3. Chest and abdominal X-rays normal
4. Liver looked a little funky on ultrasound but needle aspirated came back as No Big Deal
So why is she vomiting? Not sure, she could have inflammatory bowel disease, which would required endoscopic biopsies to diagnose for sure. That's the next diagnostic step but we're going to start with preventing her from sneaking bites of the puppy's food... just in case it's actually the simplest possible thing.
Update on Puppy:
First haircut today. Well... we got through part of it before she had a mini panic attack. We'll hack away at her a little more tomorrow. But right now, her body is shaved and parts of her legs. But not her head. It is a very interesting look to say the least.
