Got myself a new bike at the end of January for some extra motivation to ride more. In the last month and half I've put more miles on this bike than I rode all of last year!

I didn't know State have their own derailleurs? How's the shifting?

If I'm not mistaken it's a rebadged Sensah groupset. Once I got it all dialed in, it's been shifting pretty well. It does want to be kept fairly clean (which I'm not always great about doing), so we'll see how it goes long term...

New to the gravel gang. Went with this Surly Midnight Special because I wanted something steel with mounts to also haul a baby around/commute with.

Happened to come across this site. Titanium fork and as expected, pricey.

My All City Space Horse. I bought it as a bare frame, installed a GRX 820 12 speed drive line, Mavic Allroad wheels, Thompson Masterpiece post, Deda stem and bar, Brooks “Select” B17 saddle, XTR 9120 pedals, etc. I’ve put about 1000 miles on it so far, and love it.

Gonna miss All City as a brand- Ive never owned one, came close many times thru the years, and always looked forward to their annual model updates to see what paint designs and colors they chose. As a company they definitely pushed gravel cycling and enthusiast alt-cycling forward and in a good direction.

Some changes over the winter- new btlos wheels, 45mm Conti TerraSpeed tires, and some thin diameter carbon spacers because my old steerer spacers were stupidly chunky.

Hoped to have the wheels done in March, ended up being April. Matching King hubs, Light Bicycle AR465 rims, pillar wing 21 spokes and purple wheel fanatyk nipples. Running 25mm tires for the road season. As pictured its 20.26lbs but that seat pack packs on a bit of weight. After the last race of last year I'll be converting to crank brothers candy pedals before the cross season starts. Short stem was a result of a professional fitting, considering the seat post height I should have bought the girl a Liv or something with more with women's proportions in mind.

I have taken my sweet-ass time building this but it's road worthy now. I built the wheels with NPS Mavic MA3's laced to Shimano 105 hubs, DT double butted spokes, GRX 10-speed double crank, old 500LX MTB front derailleur, Deore XT Rear derailleur & Cassette, Tektro CR720 Brakes, Microshift 10spd Thumbies, Koga Denham bar...I'm forgetting stuff. I'm just excited to start riding it.

They work better with shifters under the bar or as grip shift though. I would like to move the thumbshifters to the inner bar part actually but need some clamper style mounts instead. Its the only flaw otherwise, I love the feel.
