What would concern me more is the disassembled bike is being sold with a bottle of metal rust remover. Which probably means all that shiny chrome probably has some barely concealed bare steel, ready to rust again.

And it could be almost anything.
If I was to guess.... perhaps a GMC Denali "racing" bike??
It might not hurt to call the seller for clarification. Occasionally someone wins the lottery. It could be an older Trek 1000 or 2200 or similar bike.

I don't know what this is, but I do know it doesn't have many Campy parts. It has a Campagnolo FD, at least. I don't think hashtags have any function on CL, either.

Looks like the stiffness axis is wrong. Seems like it would be laterally compliant and vertically stiff, not the other way 'round.
