I'm not sure. I mean, 6 feet is the rule, masking is the rule, and being competent and doing a good job, is also the rule. If it makes you uncomfortable, then you have to decide which of those are applicable.

If she's otherwise a good worker, not completely flouting the requirement (no mask), and most people there are vaccinated, I probably wouldn't fuss over it.
