Reynold 531 frame with Campy drop outs
Very nice bike for the price with top Japanese light weight components, smooth ride and clean. The vintage frame has Campagnolo drop outs, very likely has Reynold 531 tubing. Including are photos of the lugs showing similarities to a Peugeot PX 10 (?) The frame is measured 21 and 1/2 inches from the seat post nut to the center of the bottom bracket, probably good for riders who are between 5'6 to 6'0 (?)
531? Give it the ping test and pick it up; it is looking that way imho.

A lot of Peugeots I thought had double eyelets on the front fork but maybe those are lower models.

This bike is solid. I've been moving it around the country for 6 or so years. Needs some updates...haven't ridden it in a while. Tear in seat, nicks on frame, needs new pedal clips (I've been riding without for years

What a find! I have an '83 Bianchi campaign d'italia in fantastic condition. It looks like the bike spent most of its life on a trainer. The paint is excellent. Tune it throw on some tubular tires and ride classic Columbus steel. Campy Record and Omega mix. It all appears to be original. 22" frame is too small for me. Champion of the Low End
Super cheap LeTour in Lafayette, IN, $40. Pretty chipped up, but brings back fond memories of a blue LeTour I once owned. If it were mine, I'd get rid of everything except the brakes, build it into something decent and ride it like I stole it.
