2017 Specialized Roubaix Expert Di2
I got this in January this year. 64cm frame since I am 6' 7". Di2 is really nice and has spoiled me. Would like the synchro shifting but I dont have the right battery. Some day. I did find the 140cm rear rotor to be to small for the brakes. It would overheat and fade. Stock were the Shimano Ice tech rotors. It made a world of difference when I added the Shimano RT99 rotors. I put a 160cm disc on the back and what a difference. I could not ask for more. The swat tool box always gets curious comments. Future shock really works but you dont feel it and it works well on some of the rough Santa Clarita roads.LBS that sells the Specialized equipment did a nice job setting up the bike and tuning it for me. I ended up with an Sella Anatomica saddle that is the dream. I have 2,000 miles on it so far and I ride it fairly hard. Ultegra shifters work very well. Battery lasts forever. Wheels are DT Swiss R470 and feel good for the time being.

My 2 bikes. Neilpryde Bura SL with sram etap. Not as light as it used to be but still coming in around 13 lbs. I got tired of dealing with tubulars on my long solo rides and then added/switched a few things for reliability and safety. Can't beat a set of 1258 g clinchers that are designed for everyday use. Incidentally, the tires are Kenda Valkyries - 25 mm tire that weighs 192g and over 1000 miles of crappy roads and they're holding up really well.
The Raleigh is a Merit Comp, picked up cheap, I swapped out the stem, post, saddle and bars with stuff I already had and dropped over 800g. Then I opted for a set of Hunt wheels, after looking around I couldn't find a better price/weight/reliablity deal and they've lived up to the hype. The bike came with shimano 105 (hydraulic brakes) and I picked up a dura ace cassette and ashima rotors to further drop the weight. Switching tires and tubes brought the weight down further- dropped another 800 g off the complete wheelset compared to stock. It comes in around 17 lbs and it's (now) a great bike. Of course I added the MK3 crud fenders and they also work really well.

The newborn.
I was test-riding these Giant P-SLR1 Climbing Carbon wheels this weekend on a 36mi ride, which i've decided to keep and i'll debadge the fluorescent strip around the valve. Nice summer wheel, couldn't beat it for $500.
Nothing else much, got the bike NIB, so i dressed the handlebars with matching Specialized Robeaux Rocket Red tape which was a perfect match to the trim. I have Look Keo 2 Max Carbon pedals incoming, these white ones are off my TCR for the time being.
I may be upgrading to Ultegra 6800, same seller of the wheels who is a mechanic went DuraAce and is dumping a fresh 6800 set...but i'm not 100% certain its worth all that for the 170g weight difference since this 105 shifts like butter....but then again i would make it back and then some it on the blue book of the bike as well as cash in on the 105 groupset sale.... from what i've seen.
