Yesterday, just as we got ready to board the plane to head home, my phone decided to go into update mode and shut off. Of course, I was flying with an electronic boarding pass and no longer had access to it on my phone. SMH
Fortunately, being the intrepid traveler that I am, I was able to quickly seize my wife's phone and log into the AA app and retrieve our boarding passes. Close call.

With the advent of the internet, studies have shown that people, especially those that were born in the internet age, have stopped paying attention to anything other than sound bytes and bullet points. That made it rather difficult in trying lawsuits to a jury because the older people were looking for the explanation while the younger people were looing for the bullet point to tell them what to do. It became a rather tricky issue because you didn't want to leave the older people hanging with no explanation for what you were asking them to do (since that is what they needed to justify their decision), and you did not want to turn off the younger people by going into too much detail or explanation.
