Dinner is a half of a chicken breast subway footlong, followed by a nutella, peanut butter, and strawberry jam sandwich. And yes I had a spoon of each of those after I put them on the bread.
SOO GOOD!

Dinner was leftover pork loin which I shredded, sauteed in some garlic olive oil, and ate in warm flour tortillas. It was awesome.

For tonight's dinner I made rappini boiled for 5 minutes and then sauteed in olive oil and garlic. Served with Italian sausage over penne. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for topping.
Salad course was beefsteak tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil leaves picked from the garden moments before dinner dressed with olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.

Getting plump up here at camp. Lack of sleep, too much work, an abundance of cookies, and gargantuan portion sizes are not helping.

I'll ride later, then doing a challenging ride tomorrow, so I'll use up those calories eventually.

I have given up on trying to lose these last stupid two pounds. F it, no more calories deficits, I feel like I'm not recovering as well anymore and I'm over it. Two days of racing coming up this weekend and I'm not going into it hungry.
Dinner tonight is the usual Friday-night meal: pan-fried flounder with garlic kale and tomato-bulgur pilaf.

Sitting here reading the boards a little and eating some banana muffins with peanut butter and ice tea. Got off work early and only had eggs for breakfast so I feel like a zombie with a very alert brain? I'll ride in an hour or so. It's sunny and hot here in MN woohoo!

Eating status:
No breakfast.
PBJ sandwich for lunch. At least the "J" was red currant. All the fruit in the house was gone when I was packing lunch.
Going to spawn1's final HS band "banquet" for dinner. If it is like the previous ones I might get an undressed salad and iced tea for dinner because everything else is not fit for consumption.
I needed to lose some weight anyways.

I made an awesome chicken quesadilla for dinner. I'm no chef, but I make an insane quesadilla. A bunch of grilled white meat chicken, half a green pepper 1/3 of a white onion, 3/4 cup corn. Along with some spices, cheese, hot sauce on whole wheat tortillas and topped with some salsa. Delicious!
3lbs above my goal weight today. So I should be able to bring that pretty close to where I want to be this week. But the more important goal for me is to get to 10% BF (according to my scale).
