Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It's pretty weak in the electrolyte department. Some of those zeros should be question marks, but ...

I should change the sugar to mg too, maybe that'll scare me away from those sugary drinks!

Looking at the straps on my helmet, I think I could get a lot of electrolytes right there.

Looking at those Smartwater numbers I thought mineral water's gotta be better than that. Yep, SmartWater is dumb.

It's usually September or October when I do those rides where I drink at least 2 bottles and still lose 3 lbs on a ride but arrive home with my clothes absolutely bone dry.

Wow, I love the World Champ's stripes on this Vietnamese comfort bike. Selling locally for $75, so I'm tempted, will probably have to go get it if they knock it down to $25.

I got it for 300 with the new account - I couldn't pass that up vs the alternatives.

I prolly asked this before but I can’t remember. I took the chain off and soaked it in degreaser followed by a good scrubbing. Using an old shirt and brush I cleaned up the cassette pretty good.

Anything I should do with the pulley wheels? Figured I would get the C2 a decent cleaning before I put it back together.

I spray degreaser, wash/scrub with toothbrush in Dawn, once clean/dry a little oil for the bushings/bearings.
