Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Damn. Rib injuries suck a lot. I hope you recover quickly.

If you don't...Can I have the Colnago?

Good luck, dad.

That's because you're not doing it right. Use the colic hold:

Made all the difference with our son, the second colicy kid.

You have my sympathies. The thing that helped TYB was holding him higher on my shoulder, so that his tummy was resting on the shoulder. That and putting him across my lap. In any case, pressure on the tummy seems to help.

Also, even though it will seem like forever while you're going through it, it DOES end, and you will survive, and it won't seem that bad or that long in retrospect.

Buying me a new Dogma would make her feel better too. Current one is a 54 and I’ve decided my next bike will be white. Hope that makes things easier for you.

Our spawn was not colicky, but his cousin who is a year older sure was. I don’t envy you at all. Good luck.

I was the colic magician in our house. Would stand and hold the kid like that for hours after work.

Hey, everyone! Bam is about to suffer from a severe injury, or possibly death.

RIP, Bam.

In case you haven't figured that out yet, BAM, you have to give her something that will make her smile first. Don't be selfish.
