It does.
I love to run, it’s my preferred activity, but I’m not anywhere nearly as consistent about it as I am cycling. Mostly it’s because of the amount of pain I get in my right hip.
I did intervals Monday and held at ~7 minutes but only made it 2 miles before I gave up.

I couldn't imagine a custom. I thought I had my preferred geo figured out earlier this year but that kind of went out the window over the last few months with how much I've been riding the SLT. Are you pretty confident you're going with Barco? This is for a gravel bike, right?
I mean, I'd ride it too out of necessity, but I wouldn't enjoy it

I tried running 20 years ago and it was a disaster.
No, seriously! I'd been riding a lot, most weeks over 120 miles, long Sunday rides of 60-75 miles routinely. I thought running should be easy since I'd built so much strength and endurance into my legs!
Went for a 2-3 mile run. Could barely walk for a week.

I have a lot of sentimental things from my child hood, that need to go. I never look at them and honestly couldn’t even tell you what’s there. I also have my bass guitar collection, and I can’t even remember the last time I played. I’ve sold two, been trying to sell my 5 string forever. I’ve also decided to sell the amp, but been to lazy to post it.
