Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I’d burn it off with a propane torch. Cassette brûlée.

Doesn’t give you that fresh out of the box shine, but a dirty cassette isn’t slow like a dirty chain.

Me neither. Pretty much just water for the pourovers and I boil my breakfast taters before browning them in the skillet.

I guess that's actually quite a bit of boiling, prolly an average of 9 boilings per week.

I let it sit a couple minutes before pouring, probably 200 for first pour, maybe 180 for the second?

No not your fault, it's just a play that apparently will live in infamy in my head. In fact I referred to it in my post right before you posted the picture, "the catch". Lucky bastids.

Not sure when I first saw the video, though.

There were some popular songs when I was a ute that I didn't see the video of until many years later, on YouTube
