I once had a girl friend dump me and her goodbye note said " I hope your F---ing bicycle keeps you warm at night" I swear to god I never took it literally ! just ask my bikes, they will tell you!

Under the provisions of "Mercian's Law" he is now prohibited from living within 1000 feet of a bicycle store, bike rack, bike path, or any place where bicycles might congregate.

Yes, I find more disturbing the fact that he was sentenced and put on a sexual offenders list for that, I mean WTF, he was just privately loving his bike, probably had just installed a new king headset or something and found it irresistible

All kidding aside, I'd be considering a lawsuit if I ended up on a list of that nature because of what someone saw me doing with a bicycle in the privacy of my home. No, I wouldn't want to hang out with the dude, but I don't see the connection between his actions and those of serious sex offenders.
