Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Now I can take an actual ECG each morning to see if I'm "too tired", and it will tell me to take a day off.

No such luck yet. It's usually telling me to do high intensity and go anaerobic....

At least it doesn't make disparaging comments. I would be worried about that!

Just got my "Two Wheel Cool" silicone toe covers in the mail. Pretty nice! They are pretty thick and have a toe bumper. Just need some warmer weather for me to get out and try them out. If nothing else, I like that you can still see the entire shoe, unlike traditional sets that cover it up.

They are from "Twowheelcool.com" and only available from Australia. The toe covers are $29, but the shipping to the US is $22!! I contacted them and they said they can fit 3 toe covers in their shipping box/bag. So I sold a couple buddies on them as well and we split the shipping to ease the sting.

I just got them today but I imagine they would be fine around 45f-50f to whatever. Depends, I hate being cold so I use full shoe covers till about 50f-55f. They are a nice snug fit.

Resemble a prophylactic somewhat, but I'd wear them if they're easier to get on/off than traditional neoprene covers. How easy is it?

Just got and installed this on my F75 but have no pictures of the bike yet. Sort of a weight weenie with this bike and saved almost a half pound (7.5 ounces) over the Gossamer pro. This will be my rain bike when the F4 shows up.

Strange, I got my shimano reynolds cryo blue pads to fit just pressing in by hand

You may need a pad press, but they are super expensive

I was trying to fit new zipp tangente cork pads and could only get it a quarter of the way in by hand. The thickness of the lip was too much and could probably be saved. I ordered a set of swissstop racepro for campy for $45. Figured it was easier than wrecking a set of $70 pads.
