When biking through life,
One should take one’s own advice:
Always take bear spray.

Sonnets?

My Ross’ wheels are nothing like the sun;
The sky is far more blue than her frame blue;
If tires be white, then her sidewalls are dun;
If cables are wires, rusty wires are there too.
I have seen some bikes decaled, red and white,
But no such colors see I in her deeks;
And in some drivetrains there is more delight
Than in the old chain that on my bike squeaks.
I love to shift her gears, yet well I know
FFS is obsolete, cannot be found;
I grant I never saw a Masi go;
But my kickstand keeps her off of the ground.
And yet, by Sheldon, I think my bike as rare
As any two-wheeled hunk I have repaired.
