Wait. It's the middle of JANUARY. Pro Football is STILL going on? When's the Super Bowl, April?
(haven't paid attention to football since Joe Montana was QB'ing the Niners)

Day Seven(?) of the Velo Vol witch doctor office/insurance runaround.
I wonder if the only person who can answer questions (apparently) is going to show up at work today, or keep "working at home."

I'm hoping to get to 4w/kg this year, but I'm not sure if I'm going to have the saddle time.

Yes. I suspect it's probably within 10% of reality though. I am too thrifty to buy an on-bike PM. Plus too lazy to train the right way to justify one.

I have the same trainer as you and my difference is on the order of 10%. My indoor number is similar. Give yourself some credit, youngster.

In other music news, Hannah is doing her "Senior Recital" with another horn player and a piano to accompany them. They are limiting in-person listeners to 15 because COVID19 so I can't invite you. I will try to post the livestream link, it's going to be on Sunday 1/29 at 3PM.
