I just realized one of the greatest virtues of retirement . . . . . . you don't have to drink 7/11 or any other convenience store's crappy coffee any more. You just keep a supply of your favorite beans and you make your favorite coffee every freaking morning, right after when YOU decide you feel like getting out of bed. #HeavenOnEarth

Or was it the Porsche driver that hit the cyclist and is now doing a solid by taking the damaged bike to wherever the cyclist is going?

Thankfully the rain finally quit and I got to ride for about an hour. Naturally Strava only recorded about 10 minutes
Full coverage fenders are such a treat when roads are wet

Supposedly this is all my GPS tracks for the year, almost tempted to fool around with styles and pay $5 for a high res file. I wonder what the one with several laps was. I don't recall racing or hitting the dirt jumps this year.

I forget who Alice Cooper was opening for but he was unknown and people were throwing things at him and he was hit by a half eaten melon so he tried to use it in his act by squeezing it while singing. He had to leave.

Pregnant wife just asked me for cake, we don’t have cake. So I hops to my ride to make a quick run.
The other day we had our windshield replaced on the mini van. The molding was messed up so they said they would have to come back in 2 weeks and re do it, but I shouldn’t notice anything and it’s not a big deal.
Im reversing out of my drive way, and water starts dumping on me. I mean it’s raining harder inside my van than it is outside.
Mojo I need you sober enough to talk strategy here. Long term plans I am thinking 911 but for now I will settle for a new van.

That person needs a new front tire. Perhaps a new wheel. Looks like apart of the wheel or tire is hanging over the molding/gasket on the left side of the boot.

I worked at my neighbor’s station (in western PA / McCandless) on and off for a number of years ... still recall when gas was 59.9 a gallon ... before that there was the odd / even gas rationing thing ... long lines ...

65 miles in. 2 flat tires. My second spare tube has a removable valve stem, and my mini pump keeps removing it. Stranded at the moment.

Nope. The last three weeks or so my knee hasn't felt quite right. I've limited activities to walks () in hopes that it would return to "normal." Hasn't happened. Not sure if I should try riding or not.

Time to wrap this baby up and bring in the new year, and the new thread.
