Pretty good turnout this a.m. for club rides. The scary e-bike woman was there but she went on a different ride than I did. I wanted to talk to the club president about her and he was on our ride but a friend beat me to it. I don't know if he is going to do anything about her but I did hear other people say they had issues with her, even one of her friends.
Anyway there were close to 20 riders on the route, which was 84 miles but some of us shortened it to 65. Beautiful day with a bit of headwind on the return trip. One friend was hurting and wanted to stop so 3 of us stopped and he bought snacks and drinks for us.![happy b-day](images/smilies/bday.gif)

At first glance I thought the school you were bragging about beating was Henry Coleman. Takes a while for these old eyes to focus properly. ![Embarrassment](images/smilies/redface.gif)
Now get off my freakin’ lawn.

Bit of a piecemeal 3 hrs for me today. Got a hall pass from my wife to head out for three. Spent the first two with a local hammer group ride, which ends near our place.
Rather then continuing to ride around outside, I thought I'd swing by the house. Liz was a little flustered since the baby did not want to go to sleep. So, I took over baby duty so Liz could sleep in more. Once baby was ready for a nap, I hopped on the trainer for the final hour (Zwift). Thing is, baby woke up 30 minutes in
. I wanted to let Liz sleep in more, so I fed baby and played with her a bit. Once Liz woke up again, I again jumped on for my final 30 minutes lol.
5 hours elapsed time, 3 hours riding time. I feel good about being able to help Liz though! It is her birthday weekend after all.

Sometimes if you catch them on a good day they might hand out a free promotional plastic water bottle, wholesale value $0.39.

One of the things that initially drew me into this thread was folks posting over their Sunday morning coffee.

Speaking of a tweete, this confirms what I have thought for a while now. I am in the midst of global cooling.

have not watched supercross since NBC sports channel disappeared … forget about it now - might be on MSNBC or something like that ?
I did a last to second back in my teacup days (100 cc) - one of my first trophies - possibly my first - went down just after the start before the first corner when I locked handlebars with another bike … it was WFO after that
