The Via Carisma probably has the most tire clearance, canti-studs, and nicest tubing. And maybe even a cool splatter paintjob.
Belleville looks classy, and is quite practical coming stock with fenders, racks, an IGH, and a dynamo setup. I haven't seen one in person, but I'm guessing it is heavy.
Peugeot might be more of a PITA to work on, but is probably stylish enough to be worth it.
Nuovo Sport isn't as exciting to me, but still a good bike.

Thanks chances are I pick up the via charisma tomorrow I just wish I could find univega catalogs past 1989.
I see a few potential univega supra sports I can get. Which is the top model mixte I can find in available catalogs. I forgot what site shows via charisma available from about 93-01 but I can't find catalogs past 89. Which sucks because I've seen very few images of via charisma mixtes on Google and some of which have very very cool paint schemes.

Nice find! To get it up and going, looks like you will need new tires, probably new tubes, pedals, some cables and housing at the bare minimum. Overhauling the bearings will help ensure they last awhile, especially important for the hubs. To move the brake levers, the bolt is hidden inside the lever, and is easier to access when the brake is not hooked up. If you plan to use the levers, replacing the bolt with something that has a proper allen head makes it easier to adjust in the future. I'd consider replacing the shifters, either with a set of thumb shifters made of real metal, or some type of newer trigger shifter.

I've never seen dual sets of eyelets in the rear. I'm guessing one set is for fenders and the other for a rack. I want to ask if anyone knows which sets of eyelets is supposed to be for what?

For ease of installation, the rack goes on the front eyelet, the fender goes on the rear eyelet.

Look for a fork that has mid-blade eyelets. Aside from the amount of eyelets, look for something that has a similar axle-to-crown length. Measure from the center of the hub to the bottom of the headset, I would expect the fork on this bike to be somewhere around 390-400mm. Grabbing a fork with a shorter axle-to-crown length will make the steering more twitchy and responsive, and will probably reduce tire clearance. Grabbing a fork with a longer axle-to-crown length will make the bike feel more stable and predictable when there isn't a lot of weight on the front end, but might have more of a tendency to flop to either side when there is a bunch of weight on the fork, and might give you more tire clearance. You probably don't want to go anymore than 10mm shorter or 20mm longer.
Before you grab a new fork, it is wise to decide on the rack you want to use up front. Some racks attach at the axle and would work fine with the stock fork, others will work best if you do swap to something with more eyelets. Or maybe take a look at the Crust Clydesdale fork.
