Princess Margaret Ride to Conquer Cancer 2023
Hi, my name is Chris. I'm doing the Ride to Conquer Cancer (2 days, 200km) in support of a friend and coworker, Rhea, who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. I'm also riding in support of my oldest friend, J-M, a survivor of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma; my mom, a cancer survivor; Tim, a cancer survivor; Hanshi, my first Sensei, the man who got me started on a lifelong journey in Goju Ryu Karate; my paternal grandmother, and both of my maternal grandparents. Princess Margaret saved J-M's life. They do absolutely essential work, but they can't do it alone. Cutting-edge cancer treatments require years of research, clinical trials, and sustained investment from the public.
I've set a fundraising target of $2,500. If you, or someone you know, has been touched by cancer, please consider making a donation - anything helps. With your support, I know I can meet my goal. Thank you ❤🚲
P.S. donations of $15 or more will receive a charitable tax receipt

That's a great work! I'm happy that you managed to reach your goal.
This may I also want to do the same thing, but for my childhood friend. It will be the first time I ever do it, and I hope I'll be able to succeed too.
