Seeking: Shimano Dura Ace bar end part

I have a pair of dura ace bar end shifters where one is missing the handlebar insert mount. Does anyone have this part lying around?

I believe it's pretty much the same part for all Shimano AND Suntour bar-ends - M10x1 thread, and the same wedge bits and circlip.
