Le Mond Zurich year and value?
HI
Bought the Le Mond Zurich new many years ago but can't remember the exact year. Can anyone give me an idea of what
year this bike was produced and a rough value? Info as much as I have: Frame: Reynolds 853, Colours: Blue/Silver, Size: 53cm -
women's? Handlebars: Cintelli. Front der: Shimano Ultegra, Rear Der: Shimano 600

...I believe that's a 1997 model.
I had one of these as my first "real" road race bike. It was originally equipped with Ultegra 8sp. It's one of the few bikes that I still regret selling.

My 2001 takes 28mm tires. That coupled with how buttery smooth the frame is = a great riding machine. One that is just as fast as my modern bikes. And its stiff - I can't feel any frame flex when doing hill sprints.
It's just a flat out good bike.
