If it has original paint with three colors, I'm thinking 1941. Does it have a tank? Well, the only way to really solve this mystery will be to see the bike @I.Wilson . Post a picture to your personal picture gallery and then someone can move it here for you. Or even better keep replying to posts, 5 a day for two days so that you can post more pictures here yourself.
