Any idea what this bike is and what it is worth?

Team, I got this bike from a local collector... I don't know much except it is a BSA (from the cranks) and looks to have all original parts, wooden wheels and original red tires (they are as hard as a rock right now...pre butyl!!

I do have the missing pedal cage

Bike is not necessarily made by BSA. BSA was a popular crank set during the era of this bike. They were found on many different brands of bike.
You will probably get more and better information on a bike of this age from The Cabe.

Looks to be a path flat track race bike from the 1920's very interesting bike. The fork crown is a bit unique that may be a good place to start when looking for a ID on the frame as said the BSA crank set and other parts are pretty common for the era and type of bike.

I really like the old school wood race wheels in good condition with red sew up tires tubes likely not ride safe at this point but totally cool.

The naked frame with light chrome and paint lugs was common on race bikes of the this vintage. I would leave it as is with a bit off mild cleanup.
