Spotted this Bianchi - any idea on which model?

Spotted this Bianchi - any idea on which model?
I’m thinking it is a proto but not sure. It was in fantastic shape.

Yep repainted Proto with incorrect and poorly placed decals. Love that saddle though. These were available in the US market, very limited quanities as I understand, in '90 and '91. They were shipped to US in white primer and painted in Calif so there is no correct decals but those aren't even period correct. Fortunately it has two set of bottle bosses.
My frame came with one set of bosses and these were are the only decals available. I may have gotten one the first ones delivered to anyone in the US, because most of the others I've seen have the more common "flag" style decals. The nonstandard "Specialissma Proto" was only added last year.
