This is a very rare bird anywhere, let alone in Canada. It's not a Takara Elitist and I don't think that name on the top tube is Tribute. I have no idea what the model is but it seems to be a real bike.
It has braze on shifter bosses, what appear to be 700c wheels with Presta tubes (could be replacement wheels) and it has at least a Suntour Accushift Rd and matching shifters with a possible correct FD.
Even with the heavy drop we have seen in Canadian prices, this still looks like value for money.

Colnago Sport 12 speed vintage era 70-80’s road bike. It needs a good detailing job which I have started slowly when I have time. In great shape, 52-53 cm from seat post to pedal hub. There is also a stamp on the underside of the frame that says 52 888. Front wheel has a gipiemme hub with an Ambrosio 19 Extra with a Michelin axial sport 700x20.0 tire. Brakes are Modolo Sporting. Handle bares are Cosmos mod comfort. Front forks are Crome gipiemme. Cateye vectra speedometer which will need a battery. Shifters, and derailers are gipiemme. Sprockets are gipiemme. Rear hub is gipiemme with an Ambrosio 19 extra rim and Michelin axial sport tire. Tires are older, hold air but will need replacing. Also comes with two tire tubes and patch kit, helmet and a stationary stand for indoor riding. Located in Niagara on the Lake and am asking $350 obo

Do you find a lot of bikes in good condition in Canada? I heard an angle that barn finds in good condition can be more common in the north. Since they don’t ride them all year and as hard. 🤷♂️

I find more "nice" bikes in the USA, perhaps because the season here is shorter (?). Usually see better price in the USA too
