Is your home built adjustable as to size of rider? I'm interested in building something like it, only using a 27" tire road bike as the basis. Also, do you have some more pictures that would help one to build?

Yes... I was hoping to simply get a nice size pannier to clip to the back of the seat. Not sure if the tubing that supports the seatback is thin enough though - it is about 3/4 inches diameter.
I like your idea though, maybe I will just need to rig something in a more "permenant" attachment to the seatback.
