If you think "hydrogen water" is good stuff, wait until you read about magnetized water. So many health benefits, guaranteed to boost your FTP by 20 watts -- or more!

Don’t waste your money. Instead, spend it on the bridge in Brooklyn I have for sale.

I tried helium infused water. However, every time I said "on your left" the folks in front of me just laughed?

It may make no sense to our uneducated-about-the-subject brains (unless of course someone here is a scientist and did such studies in his professional life), but if it's backed by empirical data, then I believe it.

We conducted this study with a limited number of participants. Before our results can be generalized, studies involving larger numbers of participants are essential.

Given the small size of H2 is about 1/3 that of N2 (80% of air), it might also be "very briefly" because it would leak out of your tube much faster. Latex would be even worse!

If you ride with those in a strong electromagnetic field - like, say, under high tension wires - do they work like generators?

Dollars to donuts, you would get faster/ stronger, as well as reduce the risk of injury, illness, by incorporating an actual rest day, as opposed to drinking heavy water.

Also, where is your training plan coming from? Is a coach actually telling you,to do this? If your hard days are truly hard, you’re riding 7 days a week, and your “rest day” is a long zone 2 ride, then you’re going to burn out, be injured, or best case just plateau well below where you could be with adequate recovery.
At a minimum, the lack of recovery will prevent you from going as hard as you could n the hard days, and will prevent you from reaping the benefits from your hard days. You get stronger not by going hard, but by inducing a training effect from going hard, and then resting, allowing your body to respond to that training effect.
Way better answer than heavy water is go truly hard when you need to go hard, then really easy to recover.
The path you’ve outlined leads to failure regardless of how much hydrogen you consume

Better idea, you might benefit from some actual rest days. You don’t get faster/stronger from training. You get faster from your body adapting to a training stimulus, which occurs with rest.

This....is my new training and recovery regimen. A new Dunkin just opening hear me, who knew it was a performance shop?

That is the main point. It makes no sense.
Hydrogen gas does not appreciably dissolve in water.
Even if it did, there is no biochemical mechanism that could make use of it.
The "empirical data" may be nothing more than statistical noise or experimental error.
