Still kicking.
Today I did yardwork and put in a quick 20, the final 3 miles were on fresh pavement. So nice.

Also streaming on Grooveshark if you don't want to use iTunes
Having gone through only a little bit more than half the album, I can say this one sits up there with Discovery in my book.

Got home from work, knackered - my ride home is best described as 'brutal'. Didn't feel like cooking, so decided to duck up to the shops for some pasta. My son had to go to soccer practice, so I waited till he left ... in the car
Okay, I've got a shopping bike, I should use it, so, with my legs howling in protest,I pulled my shopping bike off the wall ... and discovered the tyres were flattish.
Tyres pumped tight, I headed out, bought some acceptable (for supermarket quick cook,) tortellini and sauce, a block of therapeutic dark chocolate and a bottle of brandy (nothing like self indulgence).
Although I did the trip at night, the traffic was well behaved, I gained more appreciation for my shopping bike ... and the heavy downpour waited until after I was home before dumping half the Southern Ocean on my house. Doncha love the cycling gods, they can be a bit narky at times but their heart is in the right place

Today I rode a couple miles (but not all the way, thanks bus bike racks) to work because I got 4 hours sleep and am mildly hungover after a fun night of beers and karaoke. It was actually warmer leaving the bar last night around 1am than it was when we left the house at 8pm. Weird weather, man. Gonna hit 80 today.

Had a dream last night where I trashed my front wheel, and when I took into the shop, homeboy tore it in half like it was a roll of fruit by the foot...
He then went on to order me a pair of bright red Deep-Vs without asking.... if 'dope fixies' are taking over my dreams I refuse to sleep.
Also, plan on taking a nice ride this afternoon; might even try and get my brother on my ol beater, we shall see
